THE CIDERS
Our ciders are produced from apples and pears sourced entirely from the National Fruit Collections here at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We are proud to use a heritage variety of up to thirty varieties of apple in our famous Woolly Pig Dry Cider. Named after the Butcher of Brogdale's Mangalitza pigs which used to live on site. The pigs were once an integral part of the cidermaking team, as they helped us to dispose of our leftover pommace by including it in their diet.
Woolly Pig Dry Cider
